Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Beirut & Mount Lebanon: 2-3 business days
• Other regions: 3-5 business days

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
